If you're tall, you already know the problem: most jeans max out at a 32" inseam, and "long" usually means 34" which still leaves your ankles exposed. Here's how to actually get your size right.
How to measure your inseam
Stand in your best-fitting pair of pants (or borrow a pair that hits right at your ankle bone). Measure from the crotch seam straight down to the hem. That number is your inseam.

A rough starting point by height:
- 5'9"–5'11" → usually 34"–36"
- 6'0"–6'2" → usually 36"–38"
- 6'3" and up → usually 38"–40"
This varies by leg-to-torso ratio, so treat it as a starting point, not a rule.
Why most brands stop at 34"
Inseams above 34" are a small slice of the market, so most denim brands don't bother. That's the gap we built At Last Denim to fill, four inseams (34", 36", 38", 40"), not two.
