Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns need to be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please email support@atlastdenim.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number in the email.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
We have extended our return policy to allow for more flexibility in purchasing holiday gifts
Purchases made between November 1 – December 25 that meet the return requirements may be returned through January 8th.
Returns need to be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the return request.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the cost of shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will NOT be provided to international customers who refuse shipments because of duty fees.
